Hello Family,

We hope this letter finds you well and as excited as we are for the 53rd Annual Boyd-
McCormick Family Reunion in 2026!! Our theme is “Honoring Our Roots/Growing Our
Future.” We can not wait to welcome each of you to Philadelphia, PA – the City of Brotherly
Love and Sisterly Affection – from Friday, July 24th through Sunday, July 26th, 2026.

Our host hotel is the Embassy Suites by Hilton, located at the Philadelphia International
Airport, 9000 Bartram Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19153. The room rate is $179 per night plus tax
which includes breakfast. We are currently working to secure additional rooms and will notify
you as soon as they become available.

The registration fee is $100 per person for ages 18 and older, and t-shirts for all ages
are $20. Registration can be completed online at www.bmfr.org. If you plan to mail your
registration form, t-shirt order, and payment, please send it to:
