Greetings Family Members,

We are excited that we are in the final stages of planning for the 52nd Boyd-McCormick Family Reunion. This year’s theme is “Founded On Love, Firm In Faith”. We are thrilled to welcome you to West Columbia, SC from Friday, July 25 through Sunday, July 27, 2025.

The host hotel is the Hilton Garden Inn Columbia Airport | 110 McSwain Dr West Columbia, SC 29169. Room rates are $139 per night plus tax, and $149.00 plus tax for a suite.  Breakfast is included in the room rate. Book by July 5, 2025 to assure this rate. The registration fee is $100 for each person 18 years and older., and t-shirts for all ages are $20. Registration may be completed online at www.bmfr.orrg/register or by mail.  The last day to pre-register, order t-shirts, and secure a spot for the Saturday outing at Botanical Garden is May 15, 2025.  No t-shirts will be available to purchase on-site.

Friday, July 25th

3:00 PM – 4:30 PM | Reunion check-in and registration at the hotel | Capitol Room
*5:00 PM – 6:00 PM | Registration continues at Fish Fry & Welcome Reception

6:30 PM – 8:30 PM | Fish Fry & Welcome Reception

9:00 PM  – until | Mixer with fellowship and games at the hotel | Capitol Room
*Family vendors will be available from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM, and following the fish fry in the Capitol Room at hotel

Saturday, July 26th

6:45 AM – 7:30 AM | Morning Workout with Harriet Pimpong | Meet in Lobby

8:00 AM – 9:00 AM Boyd-McCormick Family Reunion Meeting | Capitol Room
11:00 AM – 3:00 PM Family Outing to Botanical Gardens | Magnolia Room (wear reunion t-shirts)

Come enjoy the Spades Tournament and other games while accessing the amenities and attractions available at the Botanical Garden, Riverbanks Zoo, and Waterfall Junction.

Riverbanks Zoo and Botanical Garden is home to more than 3,000 magnificent and fascinating animals and one of the nation’s most beautiful and inspiring botanical gardens. The lush 170-acre site features dynamic natural habitat exhibits, scenic river views, spectacular valley overlooks, and significant historic landmarks.  Waterfall Junction is a retreat to a cool escape during warmer months. Frolic around and under a 25-foot cascading waterfall and splash zones, unearth a life-size replica of T-Rex, play in giant tree houses, pop in and out of rabbit holes, and more. Guaranteed Fun
