Message from the Host Family (November 2019)
Greetings Family,
We pray this letter finds you well. As we make preparations for hosting our 47th Annual Boyd – McCormick Family Reunion, we find ourselves excited and have chosen to host the reunion in the city of East Point! Our family reunion for the upcoming year will be held Friday, July 24, 2020 through Sunday, July 26, 2020. Our theme, One Family, One Heart, One Legacy, is the perfect description of the love and fellowship we have demonstrated throughout the years.
Hotel accommodations have been made for your comfort and convenience at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Atlanta Airport West – Camp Creek. A block of rooms has been reserved for the weekend and will accommodate Thursday arrivals at the same special rate. The room rates are $129 per evening for standard double queen and $124 per evening for standard king. Arrangements have also been made for a couple of handicap accessible suites at $139 per evening. As an additional bonus, breakfast is included with your reservation. When making your reservation, please remember to use Boyd-McCormick Family Reunion to receive the secured rate. Reservations can be made by calling Holiday Inn Express & Suites Atlanta Airport West – Camp Creek at (404) 968-2311 and must be made on or before June 23, 2020 to receive the special rate.
